Studies show even a little bit of exercise and getting out into nature boosts productivity, helps your mind focus, and allows you to be more creative.

I love this reminder! I will definitely make sure to go out in nature more. It just feels good to do, but gets often made a lesser priority. I actually have the blessing of living 2 blocks from my office. I walk whenever I don’t have to run errands in the day, which usually ends up being 3x a week.
I’m reading this comment and am just about to close the computer and go out for a 30 minute run before dinner!
