Change Your Thinking To Get More Clients

Are You Thinking Small? Irene Diamond.com
I want to share with you something today that I think is important.

It is something we often talk about in my Dream Practice Mastery Academy™ and Fresh Start Club.
(Sorry in advance if this message ruffles your feathers.)What I share today really makes it possible to get all the clients you want, possible to start increasing your income, and all-around gives your business a boost.

Once you ‘get it’ — it makes a HUGE difference in just about all aspects of your business.
And to be sure, actually ‘this’ makes a huge difference in all aspects of your life.

So, what is “it” I’m referring to?

It is how you think of yourself.
If you think of yourself as ‘just a massage therapist’, “just a personal trainer, or ‘just a hair stylist”…
why will your clients think of you any different?
TOUGH QUESTION:
Are you “just” one of many…boring…non-descript…same-ole, same ole service providers, trying to compete against all the other boring “just” service providers?

STOP IT!

Instead, this “it” you need to “get”, is to start to think of your self as an expert.
(I don’t mean expert in a stuck up, snotty way. I mean in a confident, powerful, take-control of the situation way.)
Unless and until you acknowledge your ‘super-powers’, your clients never will.
And, I KNOW you have super-powers you might not yet have brought to the fore-front.
  • Focus on your strengths
  • Focus on your knowledge
  • Focus on your accomplishments
  • Focus on your successes.
Let your clients know (and feel confident) they are in good hands.
Put yourself in a client’s shoes, don’t you want to know your service provider rocks!?
  • Share with them the tremendous results they will get by working with you and by investing in your services.
  • Speak with confidence
  • Have pride about what you do.
Please remember, You. Are. Brilliant!

Thanks for this email! I felt as if you were talking directly to me….no coincidence here! I sometimes struggle with communication, more fumbling over my words. I know what Im trying to say, trying to share with them in another thing. I believe I have so much to share (in word form) and uncharted waters are yet to be discovered within myself.
I truly love what I do everyday.
    Any feedback is welcomed!

    Thank You

    • Hi Toni,
Don’t worry – You are not alone. You can start by writing down what your strengths are, but don’t stop there…take it further and write out in words how each of your strengths will benefit your client, and practice saying it.

      Example
Your Strength: “I am good at creating a calm, relaxing environment”
Benefit to client: “You will be secure in a warm, quiet, oasis, where you’ll spend an hour without any outside interruptions.”

Once you’ve figured this part down, weave it into your marketing, your conversations, your website, everywhere!

Focus on what THEY get from your strengths, so the focus is not ON YOU, but ON THEM!

      Does that help?
