Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Irene Diamond, Diamond Wellness', and ACTIVATED Diamond's Affiliate Program. (Diamond)

By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Affiliate Commission:

Affiliates will earn a commission on the program or services they promote for each referral or customer signed up through their unique affiliate link. Commissions will be paid between 14-30-days from signup, based on product. Commissions are only paid once payments have been successfully processed and no refunded or charge-back attempt has occurred (in which case the commission would be void). No backdated commissions will be awarded.

Commission amount varies based on program and service as well as the specififc promotion that might be in effect. (IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ON THE AMOUNT OF COMMISSION< PLEASE ASK.)

Lead Qualification:

Affiliates are responsible for qualifying leads before referring them to Diamond. Any leads that have already been engaging in sales conversations with The Diamond Team or who have purchased a program or service before, will not be eligible for commission.

Payment Terms:

Payments will be made via PayPal. Payouts are processed automatically, in a timely manner. It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure that their payment details are correct and up-to-date. If the affiliate has not provided their PayPal email on the allocated payout date, their payout will be included in the next payment batch once the details have been provided.

Affiliate Obligations:

Affiliates agree to promote Irene Diamond and Diamond's programs, products, and services,  in a professional and ethical manner. Affiliates agree not to engage in any activities that could damage the reputation of Diamond, including but not limited to spam, misleading advertising, false claims, cold emailing, or cold DM’ing. Affiliates agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.Affiliates agree that all work created by Irene Diamond and Diamond Wellness solely or in collaboration with others, shall automatically be the sole property of Irene Diamond and Diamond Wellness upon their creation or (in the case of copyrightable works) fixation in a tangible medium of expression and Diamond Wellness, Inc. shall own all rights, including all proprietary and intellectual property rights, title, and interest.

Affiliates are responsible to use their tagged affiliate links to be trackable for referral commission. Affiliates are not employees of Irene Diamond and Diamond Wellness and are paid an earned commission on referred sales.

 Termination:

Diamond reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. In the event of an amicable termination, all affiliate commissions earned up to the date of termination will be paid. Affiliates that do not comply with the obligations set forth above or (a)  infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (b) harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate others based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (c) are abusive, rude, aggressive, or otherwise elicit threatening behaviour in writing, physically, or verbally towards anyone within or associated with Irene Diamond and Diamond Wellness, or (d) harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate anyone within or associated with Irene Diamond and Diamond Wellness on any public or private, or social media platform, will immediately lose Affiliate access and void all remaining unpaid commissions.

Diamond makes no guarantees regarding the success of the affiliate program. Affiliate earnings will depend on a variety of factors, including the affiliate's marketing efforts.

By participating in the Diamond Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Diamond reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
